It is common knowledge that a diet high in fruits and vegetables and low in sugar and starches help you lose weight and keep in good weight. However, recent studies claim that the right diet will also help improve acne outbreaks and reduce up to 20%.

What would you eat to prevent acne:

Blueberries. O Bluberries, are a great source of antioxidants, which help reduce inflammation, a major cause of acne. There is a variety that is even more obscure, the bilberries, which contain more nutrients, but may be difficult to achieve.
