Anti Acne Diet-2What to avoid for prevent acne:

Milk and dairy products. Several studies have concluded that milk consumption can cause acne by hormones it contains. It is thought that these hormones stimulate the oil glands that cause outbreaks. Variations of whole milk, low fat and nonfat yielded the same results, like the cottage cheese and cream cheese. So the formulas that say “hormone free” may contain cow hormones.

Simple carbohydrates. Those such as white bread, potatoes and salted chips have a high glycemic index can cause glucose levels and insulin levels rise after eating. This increase stimulates the hormones that produce fat in the skin, causing outbreaks. Replaced by processed carbohydrates and foods high in protein breads, pastas and vegetables that have a low glycemic index.

Sugary drinks and snacks. Cookies, cakes, sodas and fruit juices also raise glucose and insulin levels which influences the development of acne and its severity.

Spicy foods. Some spicy foods like Indian food and the use of curry, and cayenne peppers exacerbates rosacea – a variant of acne that causes redness of the cheeks, nose and forehead pimples and bumps.
